In accordance with Google Play Store Data Safety policies, any user of Gowaal has the right to delete their account and associated data.
Option 1: Inside the App
1. Open the Gowaal App.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Tap Account & Security > Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion. Your data will be scheduled for permanent removal immediately.
Option 2: Web / Email Request
Send an email to our support desk from your registered email address or mentioning your registered phone number:

Subject: Request to Delete Gowaal Account
Timeframe: Processed within 30 days.
* Please note: Anonymized transaction timestamps may be retained where required by Indian statutory financial accounting obligations between vendors and consumers.
